What We Offer
iTechnolabs provides custom software development and digital services tailored to startups, entrepreneurs, and enterprises worldwide. We do not sell physical goods. Our service offerings include:

- Web Development (Responsive websites & web apps using modern frameworks)
- MVP Design & Prototyping (Figma UI/UX designs & clickable prototypes)
- Custom Software Solutions (CRMs, ERPs, SaaS platforms, booking engines, and more)
- Dedicated Development Teams (Monthly resource hiring)
Every project is custom scoped, designed, and developed based on the client’s business needs. You’ll receive access to expert developers, designers, and project managers, and complete source code upon delivery.
Pricing & Currency
All prices quoted on our website and in proposals are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Examples:
- MVP UI/UX Design – CAD $2,499
- Developer Hiring (Monthly) – From CAD $3,200/month
- Custom Projects – Starting from CAD $5,000 depending on complexity
We work with clients globally and accept major international credit/debit cards. Currency conversion or bank fees may apply based on your payment provider.
Fulfillment & Delivery Policy
All deliverables are digital only. No physical products are shipped.
Project assets such as designs, source code, documentation, and demo links are shared via:
- Email or shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Collaboration platforms (Jira, Trello, Slack)
- Code repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Design tools (Figma, InVision)
Delivery timelines are outlined in your approved proposal and milestones are reviewed regularly to ensure smooth handovers.
Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy once project work has commenced. This includes initial planning, research, design, and development work. Our services are highly customized and time-intensive.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to:
- The agreed scope and deliverables
- The no-refund policy once work begins
We encourage all clients to review proposals carefully and clarify any questions prior to making payment.
Return & Cancellation Policy
- Returns are not applicable as we do not offer physical products.
- Cancellations are only accepted before any project work starts. In such cases, partial refunds (minus planning/admin costs) may be offered at our discretion.
- If a project is canceled after initiation, no refund will be provided, but any deliverables completed up to that point will be handed over.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to business@itechnolabs.ca.
